Easy! We love the Lord and will use any opportunity to share His love and truth with people.
Are your products gluten free?
Why is there some graininess in my products?
Most hard oils and butters will produce graininess. This is one way of knowing that you are using a NATURAL product...for realzzzzz. With that said, we do do everything we can to avoid it!
Does this have any preservatives, parabens, phthalates, sulfites?
Nope. What you read is what you get. No hidden agendas.
Any special care instructions?
As listed under every product care info section, we do STRONGLY advise you take good care of this product and keep it in dry, cool conditions. If you are shopping with us, then that means you are giving the boot to so many chemical-laden products you and your loved ones use and are now ready to use natural, preservative free products (yay you!!!!!!). And so, with a great, natural product comes great responsibility. Basically, don't toss it into your pool or drool all over it (the latter may be hard for that orange flavored one).
Will my products melt?
As with any natural product, more than likely yes when exposed to heat (especially in the Texas summer heat). Sometimes it seriously feels like we live on the sun's surface (I'm looking at you Laredo, TX). If it melts or gets soft, just stick it in your fridge for about an hour.
My tinted lip balm has tiny flecks of white. What is that?
No worries. That's our titanium dioxide. Ours isn't nano-sized (which is a good thing) and it makes it more difficult to blend. The more money we raise, then the better equipment, containers, and techniques we can incorporate into our manufacturing process.
My tinted lip balm scrolls up, but not down. Why?
It's actually meant to be like a push-pop. It's a tinted lip balm and not an actual lipstick (although it pretends to be one almost), thus, the container is different. It's meant to be used as it's pushed out.
Why do you not accept returns?
Due to the low cost and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time. However, if you have any troubles or complaints about your purchase, then please please please contact us. I won't bite and I'd love to hear what's going on and help you to the best that I can.
